Our Products
We sell custom-printed balloons, plain balloons, bulk balloon packs, and party supplies. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display product images and specifications accurately, but minor variations in color or finish may occur depending on your screen settings or print materials.
Custom Print Orders: When you submit a custom print order, you are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, logo, text, or design you provide. By submitting a design file, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it for commercial printing. Cheap Custom Balloons is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-submitted artwork.
Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and bulk discount rates are valid for the duration stated and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Wholesale and reseller pricing is available based on order volume. For orders requiring a custom quote, pricing will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
Order Processing
Orders are processed once full payment is received and confirmed. For custom print orders, production begins only after your artwork has been reviewed and approved. We will contact you if there are any issues with your submitted file before proceeding.
Standard production timelines are provided at checkout. Rush orders may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Cheap Custom Balloons does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
For large wholesale orders, payment terms may be negotiated separately. Please contact our team to discuss options.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and begin from the date your order enters production, not the date of purchase, particularly for custom orders.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the tracking number provided to you becomes your reference for any delivery inquiries.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product photographs — is the property of Cheap Custom Balloons and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Cheap Custom Balloons will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
We do not guarantee that balloons are suitable for any specific purpose beyond their intended decorative use. Balloons are not toys and should be kept away from children under 8 years of age without adult supervision.
