Our Commitment
We want every order to reach you in perfect condition. If something goes wrong on our end — a production error, a damaged shipment, or the wrong items sent — we will make it right. This policy explains exactly how that works.
Plain & Bulk Balloon Orders
If you receive plain or bulk balloons that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim, email us at cheapcustomballoons@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
We will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
Please note: Balloons are fragile by nature. Minor variations in size or minor surface imperfections that do not affect the usability of the product are not grounds for a return.
Custom Printed Balloon Orders
Custom print orders are produced specifically for you based on the artwork and specifications you provide. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders unless the error is on our end.
You are eligible for a reprint or refund on a custom order if:
- The print quality is visibly poor or inconsistent
- The wrong design, color, or balloon type was used
- Items arrived damaged or unusable due to a production or shipping issue
You are not eligible for a refund on custom orders if:
- You submitted incorrect artwork, spelling, or colors and approved the order
- You changed your mind after production began
- The product matches what was ordered but does not meet a personal preference
We strongly encourage you to double-check all artwork files, spelling, and color selections before submitting your custom order. If you’re unsure about anything, contact our team before placing the order — we’re happy to help.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
For wholesale orders, claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Large-volume claims will be assessed individually, and resolutions may include partial refunds, store credit, or replacement shipments depending on the nature of the issue.
Cancellations
Plain balloon and party supply orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Custom print orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of submission, provided production has not yet started. Once your order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible as materials have already been allocated to your job.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Custom printed orders where the error was customer-provided
- Orders where the return window has passed
- Shipping fees on non-defective returns
